The market
Currently, the market is divided into three segments, these included individual takeaway, sit-downs and group and catering services. The organization’s culture is aligned with brand loyalty and giving the best to their customers. Since its development, they have developed amicable relationship with its stakeholders. Further, through an integral marketing mix, the company is committed to developing a marketing and operational strategy that will enhance both employee and customer awareness regarding the value and sustainable approaches. This is further expected to work towards maintaining and building customer loyalty.
The need for globalization, competitive advantage and, sustainable approaches
Accordingly, every business should capitalize on their available resources such as human capital and enhance their competitive advantage (Boxall and Macky, 2014; Hitt, Miller and Colella, 2015). These approaches are meant to be enhanced further as the business is developing a framework for policy developments that will build the capacity of the business towards business expansion and competitive advantage. One of the recommended strategies include human capital and development, operational management and a restructuring of the human resources policy, employees will be placed depending on their skills and expertise and on a rotational basis. In its sustainability programs, the business should consider serving coffee using refill cups compared to the regular disposable cups. This is meant to reduce landfill as a result of the disposed of cups. Beyond that, employees will have to undergo refresher training in their different capacities on the various approaches that will be introduced in the organization.
