Ethical Leadership of Barrack Obama

I. Introduction

Barack Obama is a former United States president and an ethical leader who was focused on humanity rather than intensive politics. President Obama was ethical and concerned about democracy since he was a democratic leader with ethics deemed to improve the general well-being, safety, and security of all Americans (MLive, 2019). He was focused on making America great, and he used all available resources to ensure that every American felt his positive power. This research paper will discuss ethical leadership concept applied by President Obama during his reign in the US.

II. President Obama focused on humanity and equal rights for all Americans (Painter, 2009)

· He was focused on the growth of the US through humanity.

· He made a conducive interactive environment for immigrants.

· Obama ensured respect for equal rights and liberties.

III. President Obama supported democracy

· He ensured that social services were accessible and available to everyone.

· He passed the Affordable Care Act to ensure equal access to quality care.

· He created strong diplomatic relations with democratic countries to foster growth (MLive, 2019).

IV. President Obama passed a legislation to reduce federal budget deficit and decrease income inequality.

· He transparently promoted partial extension of the Bush tax cuts to address inequality (The Record, n.d).

· Along with Biden, President Obama launched a campaign to cut waste, a strategy deemed to hunt down and eliminate misspent tax dollars and balance social class.

V. Conclusion

· President Obama was the 44th United States president that demonstrated ethics through his democratic leadership. He was ethical leader because his major focus was on social and income equality. Access to social services and quality healthcare were addressed with major regulations, such as the Obamacare that extended access to universal insurance coverage for all Americans.
