Introduction

Alipay is a platform, a third-party payment plan, which deals with making online payments within China under the Alibaba Group.  indeed, one of the greatest hindrances for project success is the lack of a sound project execution plan. Therefore, the PMO is designed to ensure that the project comes up and maintains the pertinent standards of project execution of a project within the organization. Patanakul defines some values that are necessary for the planning process. While planning is a systematic process, there are some values which are essential to keep an eye on the progress of the company. The three values that will be discussed with respect to Alipay include Value to Customers, Value to the performing organization and Value to the team (Patanakul & Shenhar, 2009).

Value to Customers:

Identifying potential customers is the key to planning process. In case of Alipay the potential customers of the company includes all the people relying on e-commerce. To add value to the customers, there are a number of ways to do so. Alipay should come up with faster ways of making payments which will make their customers to use this service more often. The faster the service, the better it is for the customers using it. Moreover, the company can offer discounts for the customers that are using this platform from a long time.

Customer services decide the importance of the company in the eyes of customers. Improved customer is yet another way of adding value to the customer. Individuals are enthusiastic by nature. They are extraordinarily affected by the glow, cordiality, brightness and accommodation of client administration delegates. Numerous organizations are utilizing client administration as an essential wellspring of upper hand in a quick changing commercial center.

Value to the performing organization:

Value of the performing organization is expressed mostly in terms of financial terms. To value the organization, sales and financial of the company can be increased. The more transactions with the help of website the higher improvement in the financial in the company. Another way of adding value to the organization is to increase the revenue and growth of company. The growth of the company is not only considered in monetary terms but in terms of performance and increase in value customers. The higher number of customers that will get access to the platform there will be an increase performance depicted by the company. Brand recognition is yet another important part of the value to the performing organization. When employees will have increased brand recognition, they will eventually raise the performance barriers of organization high. A check and balance should be kept on the strategic positioning of the company.

Value to the team:

Teams are an important part of the organization. For the proper working of an organization, teams need to work with loyalty so that they can increase the performance of the organization. For this, Apli-pay can come with number of programs that will increase the loyalty of the employees. Programs such as employee mentor-ship program will help the employees to learn new things. Moreover, appreciation is necessary for valuing the teams. Hence appreciation in any form will boost the performance level of the employees. There are many companies throughout the world who are effectively using value to the team as a tool to establish a good relationship between the higher management and the employees of the company.

By giving a career perspective to the people working in the organization Ali-pay will be adding a sense of excrement and encouragement among the employees to learn more and excel in their respective career goals. Giving career perspective is one of the ways that adds long term value in the value to the team.

Conclusion

To conclude, Ali-pay needs the Value to Customers, Value to the performing organization and Value to the team as the essential values in the PMO of the company. Value to the customers can be added in different ways. Teams can be valued by actually appreciating the work and adding career perspective. The organization performance matters and can be measured in terms of monetary advancements in the organization.
