· How might sustainability contribute to customer satisfaction?

I believe this topic is wildly discussed now days in companies of all sizes, since society is getting more socially responsibly of the impact day-to-day activities of a business have in out society and the planet. A good example of this is Google that has been 100% carbon neutral in all their datacenters since 2007. Also, on their sustainability road map they target goal is to be 100% carbon neutral on all their shipments by 2030. They also talk on how the product they build are created with the goal of all of them be 100% recyclable so they can reduce their carbon footprint even more.

With new generations now that are more tech savvy and environmentally aware, companies that have as apart of their business model sustainability and having a positive impact in society and their local communities. Are enjoying more support that their counter parts.

· As a marketing manager, how does a focus on sustainability inform your tasks and activities? Focus on sustainability is putting task based around making marketing more efficient without causing environmental damage or unethical behaviors. A company wants to help keep the environment as preserved for the next generation as possible so to do green marketing can help.

· Pick a company or brand you are familiar with and share an example of how the company has incorporated sustainable practices. Why is it important to take a sustainable approach? Levi's uses recycled denim, ethically sourced cotton and have come up with a way to reduce water usage. It is important to take a sustainable approach because it helps to preserve the earth for generations to come.

· What partnerships and collaborations might a company enter into in order to maintain effective sustainability practices? Companies can partner up with other companies and work toward bettering themselves in order to help preserve the planet. They can work toward saving energy, water, air. Creating less pollution, less waste and less carbon. Encouraging more companies to join.

· How might sustainability contribute to customer satisfaction? Reducing the cost of energy so prices can be lowered. Creating less waste by using recycled materials is a great way to get customers support. Saving the planet is a global concern therefore everyone is on board with any actions taken to make this happen.
