Investment Assessment
The value of investment made has increased by $2,705.10. If these shares were to be sold in the stock market as at this time, the investor will gain $2,705 as profit. All stock prices of the respective companies increased, which is a good trend. I am happy with the results of the investment, mainly because the value of my investment is more than $25,000. A steady increase in the share prices projects a profitable future for the firms involved, which makes my investment more lucrative in future.
The share prices might have increased due to the increased earnings reported by the company. Increased earnings, especially in cases where they surpass the expectations of the public, tend to trigger the share prices to increase. These earnings are primarily influenced by the sale of products offered by the firms; Apple’s iPhone X has had an increasing sales trend since its introduction especially in new markets such as China, and the same trend applies to Walmart and Netflix products.
