KoKo’s Canine Pet Club
Introduction
Mrs. Magana’s dog walking system will be developed using a parallel SDLC methodology. The project will need a project manager and developers to develop the system. To organize and easily follow through with the projects key deliverables. The project manager will need to make a breakdown of tasks with help of the developers and create a timeline structure that will she will base all project deadlines, responsible and budget constraints.

GANTT CHART
The Gannt chart shows the tasks in the WBS, in a graphical way. It will allow the project manager to see the tasks sequentially but also which tasks are linked to others.
Below the tasks from the WBS are divided into rows and given it is a medium sized project the time intervals are divided into weeks but shown in number form.
To conclude, the project would roughly take three months before launch with most of the time taken to design the system and testing.
