The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is an orderly ranked breakdown of the total range of work performed by the project team to achieve project goals and create the necessary deliverables in which the project's products and activities are divided into manageable It facilitates the estimation of resources and necessary costs, sets realistic timetables and controls all phases of the project. The work breakdown structure is particularly useful for large projects involving many elements.
Work breakdown structure elements can be the products, data, services, or any combination of that. The work breakdown structure also provides the necessary framework for estimating and detailed cost control, as well as providing guidance for setting and controlling schedules. This is a WBS structure designed for a specific community garden project.

PERT ANALYSIS:
The technique of evaluation and review of the program (or project), commonly abbreviated as PERT, is a statistical tool used in project management, which was designed to analyze and represent the tasks involved in the realization of a specific project. PERT Analysis for our designed project is given below:
Here, Critical Path Analysis (CPA) is an algorithm for planning a set of project activities. It is often used in conjunction with the Program Evaluation and Reviewing Technology (PERT).
As we know that critical path is a longest path, hence it will be 1235 i.e. 43 days.
