Activities:

The work breakdown structure includes the relocation of stations, the development of 14 new stations, the implementation of the call center management software, as well as the conversion of the new business system. In order to deliver the deliverables which is a call center upgrade, several activities must be conducted within the work breakdown structure. In order to relocate the current stations, the following activities must be performed: office equipment which includes the IT assets must be counted prior to moving to the new facility, the computers and headsets must be moved, IT infrastructure must be moved to new facility, the project lead must identify placement requirements of all transferred station, and upgrades must be prepped for implementation in old system. In order to develop additional call center stations, the following activity must be performed: new equipment must be ordered for the fourteen new stations which will includes computers and headsets. Once the equipment is set up per cubicle, all software will be installed on the new and moved equipment. In order to implement the new business system, the following activities must be performed: the business system project lead must rid the system of the current business system by deleting it from all old workstations and installation new system with necessary additions on all fifty stations.
