The mission of The Walt Disney Company is to bring the imagination out of the children and adults of all ages around the world. Also, to be able to create an amazing adventure through storytelling and realism of the different icons that have been created throughout the years.
Strengths
A name brand for over 90 years.
The most entertaining amusement park in the world
Walt Disney’s amusement parks are located around the world; there is one in Tokyo, Shanghai, Paris, Hong Kong, California, and Florida.
Owns ESPN and ABC
Has a cruise line for all ages
Has a vas variety of movies, clothes and toys
Weaknesses
The cost of Products and Services.
Everything is more expensive than its competitors.
The themes parks seem to only target the youth.
High risk factors for investors.
Opportunities
Wide variety of jobs to grow within the company.
The young play actors can grow and get roles because of Walt Disney’s huge network of directors, producers and actors.
Make more cruise ships
It can open a park in Dubai and other rapid growing cities.
Start new websites for the youth.
Always having new ideas for movies.

Universal Studios and Six Flags
Walt Disney has an outstanding record of having the best entertainment in the world. It definitely has its flaws, especially when it comes to investors. Since COVID-19, this company has taken a fall in the stock market; as did a lot of other companies. In my opinion, I honestly don’t believe Universal Studios or Six Flags could ever compare to Walt Disney. Walt Disney will continue to grow as a whole and continue to entertain the minds of all. Besides, it is the happiest place on earth.
