Walmart is one of the largest corporations in the United States of America. Over the period, it has managed to capture market scope through the use of the online-based platform. It has extended services such as retails, hypermarkets, store departments, and groceries. The adoption of digital infrastructure has increased the sustainability and competitiveness of the business. Significantly, digital tools have enhanced communication platforms that have captured the triangular trade between Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. On the same note, the business has been able to sell various products and ranges from electrical, fashions auto – parts alongside others(Claudio Storelli, 2020).

The management has taken a critical intuitive of protecting business and its entire scope of customers. This critical role has been entrusted and builds a sting bond between the involved stakeholders. The use of applications and websites has increased the pool of customers in the business. On the same note, the delivery of services has been boosted; this has caused increased throughput.

Walmart stores have increased their capital share over the period. Based on the report 2019-2020, the company has made 524 billion U.S. dollars. This was an increase from the previous year 2019, where the company made 514 billion. Gross profit has continued to increase because the net sale and profit margin has increased. // is their revenue model in Advertising, subscriptions, transaction fees, sales, affiliate revenue…etc?

// is business model C2C, B2B? is it e-tailer, content provider, transaction broker, market creator, service provider

The company's critical competitors of Warmat company commerce include Costo and home Depot. These two companies have been able to pose high competitive power because of high logistic power. Other competitors include Walgreens Boots Alliance, and Amazon has also posed competition in economies of scale and resource utilization.

Nevertheless, the organization has diversely posed excellent price positioning. The marketing approach, in this case, uses a customer-friendly price and price stabilization. Key stakeholders in this have enhanced supply chain management and initialized an effective procurement process (Ststistica, 2017).

Question 2

The different parts of the world have geared towards different transformative companies that have initialed advanced infrastructure to increase sustainability and data sharing. In a contextual framework, a fiancé telecoms company that has highly invested in network transformation. Today, the organization is geared towards making and creating 4G coverage and increasing the network in such a great way. It has transformed the internet from commercial service and has now depicted it as a tool of access and sharing. As part of the network policy, the organization has managed to implemented authorization and authentication processes. This ensures ease of use and a secure approach.

On the same note, -South African telecom operator has managed to I traduced a set of concepts building a comprehensive network in African countries. South Africa is one of them. It has, in a significant way, powered communication and provision of satellite services. In this case, African countries have benefited from progressive policies and regulations that have been introduced on board. The development of communication and control authority has been critical in powering the cause of change. It has increased the use of mobile phones and android phones  (Yaser Hasan, 2013).

// But How and where do they connect to backbones within the United States?

// this is an answer example from another student

Canada’s basic internet infrastructure “rely on north to south transit pipes that travels through the United States” (“Canada’s Internet Infrastructure”). This structure is good for the interconnections between the two countries, but it is an inefficient way for the data to move along within the country (“Canada’s Internet Infrastructure”). Canada has introduced a “internet exchange point” into their infrastructure which has improved their performance, cost, content, and strength (“Canada’s Internet Infrastructure”). El Salvador’s internet infrastructure is one of the least developed in Latin America; they were the final country in Latin America to implement “LTE services” (“El Salvador Telecoms, Mobile and Broadband”). This was possible due to the increase of “fixed-line teledensity” (“El Salvador Telecoms, Mobile and Broadband”). According to the submarine cable map online, there a lot of cables coming from the U.S and connecting all around the world (PriMetrica). There isn’t a single cable connecting to El Salvador which shows how underdeveloped it is (PriMetrica). However, more cables connections are attached to Canada, although it is not as many as the U.S (PriMetrica).

Another example:

China has three different tiers of exchange points. Starting with the National Level which are points that are connected to the World Wide Web. Second is Metropolitan Area Network which are the local and municipal internet traffic. And the Core level which are located in Shenyang, Xi’an. It connection with the US backbone is through it Trans Pacific Express cables-TPE, New Cross Pacific and Pacific Light Cable Network system.

we have no direct line connections to China (CUCN accomplished this in the past but was since discontinued). instead having to be routed through either Japan or Taiwan’s network infrastructure hubs first (Utilizes (TPE)).
