Week 8 Questions: Question 1: • Your software has gone live and in in the production environment. The project gets handed over to the IT support team. Research support after software deployment. What are some of the challenges that can happen? • Have you ever been involved with a new software either in your work place or at home. Please tell us about the personal experience. If you have not been part of new software you can relate a time can when you needed help from a support team? Question 2: • From the first e-Activity, examine two (2) of the most common reasons that some users are avoiding Windows 8. Determine whether Microsoft has taken any steps to address these user concerns and, provide at least one (1) example if they have taken action. If Microsoft has not taken any steps to address these user concerns, recommend at least (1) course of action they could take in order to address the concerns. Justify your response. • From the second e-Activity, examine the ease of use and the pros and cons of three (3) types of user interfaces available to the user today. Determine the user interface which is the most efficient and user friendly. Provide a rationale for your response. Question 3: 1. What is one important reason you can think of for wanting to control updates?  2. What advice would you give a colleague who thought that updates should be installed the moment they’re released from Microsoft? 3.
