Servant Leader: Martin Luther King JR.

Your task will be to create a PowerPoint presentation on servant leaders. The total number of slides will be approximately 5-7 slides, not including the cover slide or the References slide(s). Each slide should have supporting notes that are prepared utilizing sound grammar and writing skills. 

you will address the 5 questions below. Remember the following quote from Robert K. Greenleaf as you research your Servant Leader: 'The difference manifests itself in the care taken by the servant-first to make sure that other people's highest priority needs are being served. The best test, and difficult to administer, is: Do those served grow as persons? Do they, while being served, become healthier, wiser, freer, more autonomous, more likely themselves to become servants? And, what is the effect on the least privileged in society? Will they benefit or at least not be further deprived.' 

Address the following in the presentation:   

1. Justification of why the person selected by each individual is a servant leader.   

2. Explanation of how the Greenleaf questions were met. 

3. Identify which servant leadership skills were used by the leader to influence others and how. 

4. Present a summary that compares and contrasts the servant leadership characteristics used across the leaders your presented on.

5. Identify one significant takeaway from each team member on what you can do to become a better servant leader.
