Terrorist hostage is becoming an international issue in recent days; it has increased drastically with political terrorists. It has been occurring anytime and anywhere, No country or county is immune to the growing hostages. The transformed popularity for the hostage takings is seemed to be an effect of the series of significant development for the wars in terrorism. One of the causes of the lack in the study of shortage explained as useful data on the terrorist hostage. Issues in gathering data are to be a discouraging trend.

 Crisis management has been an issue which mainly focuses on management levels for the crisis part as it includes a team of negotiation. Issues of management can be applied to private or government cooperation’s, but the difficulty here is how to utilize and coordinate the tools and resources to solve the crisis incidences. In every country, the government has political parties who will never talk regarding terrorists. The government has to think of past experiences so that they learn goals and that would lead to a better world that will not lead to shocking occurrences.

The government has to realize that every time they come across the new terrorists on the negotiation grounds that they don’t need to start from the beginning and maintain stable methods in operating by the government which will benefit near future negations in the future.
