Knowledge creation comes through practice, action, collaboration, interaction and education. Knowledge creation is supported by relevant information and data which improve decisions and serve as building blocks in the creation of new knowledge.

Secondly, IT departments studies and understand the operations or functions that are involved within the larger scope of the organization where organization has set of outcomes and deliverables.

Thirdly, both executives and IT staff realizes the importance of technology that need to be used in the competitive world.
