1. Thank you for pointing out that ovulation issues are the common causes of infertility. I also read an article that points out that it contributes to almost 25% of the infertility cases among women. Ovulation disorders significantly impact the release of eggs from the ovaries. These disorders include hormonal disorders like polycystic ovary syndrome. Hyperprolactinemia is a condition in which one releases too much prolactin that interferes with ovulation. Either too little thyroid hormone (hypothyroidism) or excessive (hyperthyroidism) can impact the menstrual cycle and even trigger infertility. Other underlying origins may include tumors, eating disorders, and excessive exercise.

2. My parents were married at 17 and 19 and really wanted to have children. They lost their first baby just a few years after married and then tried for 11 years. During that time it was a devastating process as my mom and dad so badly wanted children, but ended up having to adopt because they were not having any luck otherwise. Once they adopted my brother, they became so happy that they ended up getting pregnant with my older brother and then myself. My mom still talks about that experience and how hard it was for her to watch other moms get pregnant when she couldn't.

3. What do we know about eating disorders and infertility in women? How does one having an eating disorder prevent healthy pregnancies? Any ideas?

4. pointing out that a mother who chooses to give birth naturally should find healthcare who has skills and experience in natural birth. I second you in that because I have seen several women lose their lives as a result of choosing the wrong caregivers for the same purpose. Sometimes they bleed to death and only a few manage to survive after a qualified midwife chip in. I would like to point out that giving birth is really precious but equally dangerous if done under wrong and unskilled hands.

5. There are three stages of childbirth. The first stage is called the "Dilation of the Cervix," which is the beginning of labor when contractions dilate the cervix to open the womb so the baby can position himself.  The second stage is "Descent and Emergence of the Baby," it is when the baby begins to move its head toward the birth canal, preparing to be born into a new world.   The third stage is the "Expulsion of the Placenta; this stage is the shortest, and it usually takes between 10 minutes to an hour, the placenta, and the umbilical cord are expelled out of the womb. The third stage completes after nothing physically is attached to the mother.  The difference between medicated and nonmedicated childbirth is that with the medicated one, the mother chooses to use pain relief drugs that help her not to feel any pain, such as epidural.  Whereas nonmedicated is a natural birth, the mother refuses to take any medication, and she prefers to use the perception of pain control, such as the Lamaze method, deep breathing, mental imagery, and massage. Natural birth is painful, and mothers who choose a non-medication delivery need to be prepared and ready.  They need to learn all the methods and techniques that would help them ease their labor and lessen their pain, such as breathing techniques, Lamaze classes, and relaxation exercises.  The risk factors of those medications may cause some danger to the baby, such as slowing the baby's breathing, which can lead to serious health issues with the newborn.

6.   Stage one: early labor and active labor feeling regular contractions, stage two: pushing baby into the world, and stage three: delivery of baby. Natural or non-medicated childbirth, which involves taking no drugs during labor or medicated delivery, which includes taking drugs during labor or delivery. The medication that takes away pain by main an area numb or by taking consciousness away from the patient. During the early labor, the cervix dilates and effaces. With mid, irregular contractions during active labor, the cervix will dilate from six centimeters to ten cm. Contractions will become stronger, closer together and regular. The feel of the water breaking. if hasn't already and experience an increasing pressure in the lower back, a sign that labor and delivery is on the way.
