Some have developed fantastic Web sites where you can review entire investigative files of crimes. Do you think this is an appropriate crime-solving approach for law enforcement to take? Why or why not?

Surf the Internet and locate a police department that you think is making good use of this resource. Write a one paragraph review of the site and evaluate how effective you believe it is and why. 

Visit the site of North Carolina's State Bureau of Investigation. Look at the unsolved crimes section. How does North Carolina's use of the Internet for crime solving compare to the site or site(s) you visited in the previous assignment question? How could it be improved?
