Discuss your understanding of the principle of  comprehensiveness  (Selves, M.. 2015).  Note that there are 4 elements; see them below. Discuss your understanding of 2 of 4 elements, specifically which aspects of comprehensiveness you feel your community would benefit from most through additional focus and why (i.e., Your community Melbourne FL United States would improve most by focusing on all hazards (pp. 2-5), vulnerabilities/impacts (pp. 5-8), all phases/functions (pp. 9-12) and/or stakeholders (p. 12) and why?). Please be certain that you include a heading for each of the 2 elements. [Note that the  Whole Community  concept (i.e., all stakeholders) had not yet been introduced at the time the Principles of Emergency Management (POEM, 2007) were written, but feel free to address the Whole Community concept, as you understand it today]. You need to support your discussion with material you find in week 2, or through research.

You will not be marked on your opinion but on your ability to present a valid argument and to manage constructive discussion with your cohort while integrating the material being discussed in the course.
