Organizations have since developed the need to implement Enterprise Risk Management to their frameworks. It involves identification of specific risks that hinder the fluency in operations of the given organizations. In our extracts, ERM has been implemented for teaching with the concentration on learning as the main priority to all teaching procedures. Arising from the need to transform utilized learning structures to enhance understanding and performance on a general overview of learners. It then involved the transformation of previous techniques utilized for teaching processes. Moving towards knowledge-based frameworks that certain individual participation of learners to the attainment of personal educational goals (Sax & Torp, (2015)). It is then by increasing the complexity in teaching approaches with specifications on the developed targets to given tasks. Detailed approaches to analysis of problems monitoring individual progress from such. Clearly ensuring the attainment of individual roles in the entire learning process.

According to Bromiley et al., (2015), in strategic risk management and the adaptation of ERM, it involved movement from the previous norm of addressing operational risks as a priority. Moving to strategic risk management that involves the detection of precise risky situations with notice of their negative impact to given organizational functions. It then presented opportunity for specificity and coordinated processes in addressing risks. Adapting risk specific management processes with a clear understanding of behaviors to the given risk in relation to the company's operational framework. Clearly establishing the gains that would be realized from implementation of the given strategies from the projections on outcomes expected to be observed.

These implementations are similar with the establishment of specific objectives to the transformation of their operational structures. Considering the timely participation of all participants involved in the processes being considered. Ensuring satisfaction from individual contribution to the final outcomes to the operational procedures. I would prefer implementing this approach at any organization with the specificity allocated to output. Effectiveness of this approach being consistent despite the changing operational structures over time.
