[ need 1280-1360 words with 8 References peer reviewed journals]

Project management is very essential tool in achieving goals and making sure a quality product or service is delivered to market in a timely manner. Some companies consider project management to be a loss especially when an organization main goal is to gain competitive edge, but Project oriented approach helps to build a competitive and effective team in lower price, For project management to be successful they go to set strong deadlines and find a way to approach that deadlines in a planned way. Project Management Approaches

There are vast number of project types and multiple types of project approaches today, you should be able to figure out what type of approach is best suitable for your project, Most commonly there are like 8-9 approaches, we will discuss a few in here REWRITE)

Traditional Project Management Approach This type of approach is first recognized around 1950’s though it has been practicing for thousands of years. This traditional approach is practiced all around the world and it has some particular techniques that are used in planning, controlling and a analyzing the progress of the project, the main purpose of this project is to help Project manager in order to keep his budget and timeline in check. (Frydenberg, M., Yates, D. J., & Kukesh, J. S. (2018)). REWRITE)

Agile Methodology This approach helps project managers and stakeholders to examine the direction and progress of the project in each stage. Regular sprints are used in this model which allow for constant-growth. At every sprint the project team deliver results in moving the project along (Frydenberg, M., Yates, D. J., & Kukesh, J. S. (2018). REWRITE)

Waterfall Approach This approach is referred as a traditional process approach to management. Waterfall model doesn’t allow to make constant changes during a project process, and instead plans everything in advance before the projects beginning, hoping everything will go according to the plan (STOICA, M., GHILIC-MICU, B., MIRCEA, M., & USCATU, C. (2016)) REWRITE)

Systems Approach This approach towards project management allows project manager to constantly monitor and access the needs of the client for the project currently running, as a result of this approach, results are always better. This approach to project management checks for the essential elements of the project that are dependent on each other. Goals and milestones are set throughout the project and their achievements are very important (Stanislav Vacha, & Marian Sling. (1975).) REWRITE)

Project Management Approach In this approach you will have multiple projects which sum up to be a master project. It handles small projects very carefully and also look at the projects that are dependent on each other. This is one of the most successful way of approach if correctly followed based on your project type. REWRITE)
