 The Emergency Department monthly data showing two months of comparison should

be used to create a bar graph demonstrating the variations in volume for each facility's ED. The data reflects 2 months to compare 7/2018 and 7/2019 for PHWMH.

 The discharged data tab provides the information for the inpatient deaths (= expired)

each month for each hospital. The discharge by month tab shows the total inpatient discharges for each hospital. Statistical Analysis using Excel Associate/ Bachelor Level

 The patient days’ tab provides two years’ worth of data - 2018 and 2019 (201801 = January 2018) for both hospitals. Using the patient day’s data, create a line graph demonstrating the trend in patient days over the course of a year for each of the 2 years. You will have two line graphs, one for each year.

 Using the patient days create a word report comparing and analyzing your data

collection and graph and discuss any variations in data and possible causes.
