· 1.5361 g undissolved polyvinyl alcohol (8.0742% undissolved)

· KIO4 that was meant for this lab was replaced with KIO3 (considered less oxidizing but same stoichiometry)

· Viscosities Prior to Cleave: (100 rpm, spindle 03)

· Stock: 20 cp 2.05% spindle

· First dilution: 10 cp 1.05%

· Second dilution: 8 cp 0.8%

· Third dilution:7 cp 0q.7%

· Viscosities After Cleave: (100 rpm, spindle 03)

· Stock: 15.55 1.55%

· First dilution: 15 cp 1.5%

· Second dilution: 12 cp 1.2%
