Hello Dr. T, and fellow Classmates:

     Here are some of the competencies that I have learned or improved through this course.

     Some competencies I learned through this course are better research and writing skills, helping improve my critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Understanding a team and teamwork skills requires experienced communication skills. These competencies are essential for success in a variety of fields, including business, government, and academia. I can also use them to develop personal interests in learning and exploring new ideas. 

     Management competencies are the skills, knowledge, and attitudes that are necessary to successfully manage people. These competencies include self-confidence, personal credibility, developing others, performance management, empowering others, delegation, and building effective relationships and teams. When developed, management competencies can promote better leadership and contribute to business success. 

     I feel that I am more confident in myself and my improved skills because of this course subject and the Intellipath assignments from Units 1-4; additionally, I feel more confident that I will continue to improve throughout my career because of what I have learned.

     I have enjoyed everyone in the discussion board Units and wish the best to all, Virginia
