DATE: 19 May 2019
SUBJECT: Budget Preparation
The purpose of this memo is to notify all the employees that they should prepare an intricate budget which is meant to assist us in the formulation of the expenditures and costs for next year. All employees are expected to focus around the mechanism through which management distributes and gathers control, associated long-term consequences that will result from this spread and lastly, the strategies through which the management will automatically establish a conducive environment that will allow advancement.
Every employee was pertaining a particular job forth to add more clients to the existing ones. There is nothing supposed to be purposeful about or conspiratorial concerning the process that will render it too difficult to refrain from. This remains a classic case revolving around positive feedback, and several feedback loopholes involved. There exist two major elements in management jobs that are responsible for fueling this feedback. The first one is increasing the prevalence of documenting everything habit.
It should be noted by respective employees that the real purpose of the modern tendency of documenting absolutely everything is plain. Its serving purpose is the provision of a source of undemanding work which is meant for the bureaucrats who possibly might not be too much committed and thus, justifying the integration of more bureaucrats and also deliberating a type of bogus legitimacy upon hallmark of administration, which is the constant growth.
Narrowing down to our case, Property Management entails the entire process of upholding a sufficient Property Control System for all state properties. “Reporting of Lost, Damaged or Destroyed (LDD) equipment; and the process of contractor internal self-audit.” (Maurer, 2011) Besides, it entails the acquisition of the state properties by transferring them from the government amongst the government resources or by requisition. An alternative way through which the government resources are received is through entering into a contractor's custody.
It should be noted that proper identification of the government official and accountable records which are held by the contractors are useful in showing the status and the control of entire government properties that the contractor has acquired or furnished (Lee & Frees, 2016). We ware, therefore associated with the movement of all government properties by movement. Properties can be moved from one point of the contractor to another, from one facility to another and others entail protection from when it comes to storage and movement from one location to another.
Physical inventories also need to feature in the budget since they are helpful when it comes to counting and locating the government properties and contrasting them with the records of similar products. The final budget report should need to be done, and its submission needs to reflect on the status of the Government Properties as per the demands of the contractor regulations.
