Instructions for using YouTube to host your video and posting the web address in the Assignment

For this assignment, you may wish to post your video to YouTube in “Unlisted” form. “Unlisted” means that only people who know the unique link to the video can view it; an unlisted video will not appear in any of YouTube’s public spaces (such as search results, your channel, or the Browse page).

How to post and share your video:

1. If you are using a computer, go to youtube.com and then choose “upload video” link on the top right of your screen

2. Next, choose “unlisted” for your privacy option

3. Once your video is posted, to share the link click “share” (located below the video)

4. Next, click “copy” to copy the text for the link; you may then paste the URL into the Canvas assignment.

After you have posted the link in the assignment box, click the Submit Assignment Button.
