The human resource mission statement in sample 1, reveals that the statement is reliable and effective regarding the value of customers of the company. The statement describes the relationship of the company with its customers. But, the statement could be more effective if it provides information about the employees along with company’s vision.
The second sample derives the mission statement that it is undoubtedly competent for an organization. The statement presents the mission of the organization as well as it describes how they treat their employees, thus it is one of the most appropriate statement presenting all significant information about the firm and it also represents the quality in the company’s mission (Laird-Magee, Gayle & Preiss, 2015).
The statement provided in the third sample is determined to be a weak statement, as it provides half of the information about the company. It is not considered to be a relevant statement. There are valuable information revealed in the statement, but they are not clearly presented. It only talks about the services provided to the employees of the firm. The statement could be better and effective if it would explain the values of the customer as well as the aim of the company.

The function of a human resource helps internally by purchasing raw materials for making clothes or by hiring labour into the firm. It helps the organization externally through advertisement of the products. HR maintains a strong and effective relationship with the customers and employees to promote trust, honesty, and integrity among them (Marler & Parry, 2016).
Superior level of services are provided to the employees which covers all the benefits. The work timings and flexibility in working hours makes the services extraordinary for the employees.
