Information deficiency.

1.The relation between the data and information helps the organization to accomplish many different types of goals and task the only thing is the pattern and the way which they utilize to search the data and convert it into information should be suitable so that they will be able to manage thing in proper and way and also earn by distributing the information which they received after processing the data. The information is also one of the most important aspects which every employee of the company should have because without the information they do not have any chance to work on the target which the organization has given to them. The only which through which they can get the information is from the data which they have processed and the data which they have found with the help of some types of sources. And once they get the information they have chances to increase their knowledge and make sure that their organization stays updated.

2.There are organizations in different parts of the world where they have to deal with the issue of lack of knowledge in the organization between the employee and there is much different reason because of which they have to go through such types of problem and the main reason is the source through which they try to attain the information. The organization should always keep a backup source so that if even one of the source is been closed and they are not able to get the information then they should try to get the information from another source and keep their work continue such are some of yeh things which the organization should work and concentrate on if they have to stay away from the lack of information in their company and between their employees. As the information can help the organization to grow more and more in many ways to gain more profit (michael, 2012).
