To complete the first part of this assignment, select one value from each of the four levels of the "Rokeach Values Survey" that will provide the foundation of your model. You may utilize the template provided in the "Creating a Personal Model of Leadership" resource to visually organize your ideas in table form. The table will not be submitted as part of the assignment but can be utilized as a tool.
In 1,000 words, discuss the following:
1. Identify one value that represents each of the four levels: individual, interpersonal, organizational, and societal.
2. The leadership behaviors and actions that result from the selected values.
3. The meaning and purpose for the selected values.

Below are the Values that mean to me.
My Top Three Instrumental Values
Instrumental values are the values that lay more basis on personal traits and characters. My top three instrumental values are
Intellectual. One of my best instrumental values is intellectual, on which I lay more basis on critical and creative thinking and enhancing precision and consistency in all my decisions.
Loving. Love is the core foundation of building trust between individuals (George, 2019); therefore, love is critical in enhancing unity and friendship between people.
Politeness. This is where I usually use the aspect of courtesy and politeness when dealing with people.
How the Values Fit Within the Hierarchy
The hierarchy of values is classified into different aspects, some of which include emotional value and mental value. My three instrumental values fit within the various elements of the hierarchy, such as emotional value, and they are all based on individual character development.
Significance of the Top Three Instrumental Values on Approach to Leadership
In leadership, the intellectual value is essential in the generation and making of informed decisions. It also enhances the creation of ideas and sharing of knowledge. The value of love in leadership helps create and build trust between the leader and juniors, while the importance of politeness helps in fostering dignity.
Top Three terminal Values
My maximum three-terminal values are
A World at Peace. This is my quest and idea of enhancing peace in a war-free world.
Family security. This is the value of enhancing care for the loved ones
Freedom. This is my value and quest to improve independence and aspect of freewill to all individuals.
Significance of the Top Three Terminal Values on Approach to Leadership
A world at peace value is significant concerning leadership because it enhances peace between human beings. The family security value enhances love and cooperation between people. In contrast, the freedom value enhances each individual to make their own choices without coercion which is vital in strengthening unity and equality.
