EMS is called to the scene for a 22 y/o female patient who fell and has ankle pain. When EMS arrives, they find the patient sitting on the ground in front of a cement step.

Jemma reports she slipped off the step. She is crying and her right ankle is rotated inward. EMS provides her psychosocial support.

They offer her Entonox-
