•This approach involve the enhancement of user satisfaction of an application through usability, desirability and accessibility improvement of the interaction by those using the application
•This approach is recommended because it focuses on the Human Computer Interaction (HCL) design which is mainly focused on the satisfaction of the users more than the design of the system.
•The approach involves considering the system in all angles,
User Experience
This can be in both human and computer perspective hence, it would apply various disciplines
Cognitive Aspect – would involve the consideration of the human sensory aspects like visual, hearing and touch. These considerations are important when coming up with user interface that is interactive to the user.
Computer aspect – this involves all the things that involve the computer itself which involves the programming part that builds the interface.
Visual Design
in this step, the design of the interface is based on the graphic design, visual communication, and communication design.
This step involves the look-and-feel of presentation layer of the system.
During this step, the WeLoveVideo company website would involve the structuring of the interfaces and modules of the system so that they are visually appealing and attractive to the user
Information architecture
In this step, the information and content of the system would be structured properly in order to realize the findability and usability (Garrett, 2011).
All the inventory in the system shall be organized in an appropriate manner so that the custoemrs who purchase the products and services of the WeLoveVideo shall have the ability to access the services and their corresponding prices.
Interaction design
In this step, the focus would be centered on the user interaction with the application.
Focus would be made to design the interaction interface that would help the custoemrs achieve their objectives of finding particular products and services.
In this step the interface of WeLoveVideo would be made in such a way that it matches the expectations of the customers and the owners of the system.
Customers should easily see the catalogues of the products, make purchases and track their orders.
Story Board
User experience vs Other Models.
This model is focused on the improvement of the user interaction with the computer.
Unlike other model, it puts the human aspect of computing on first consideration. Hence, good interfaces are design which are adaptive and convenience for human cognitive wants.
Users are much likely to be satisfied with this model because of its focus on the human interaction
While building the system, it is easy to know what the user want and use the results to modify and improve the system to support such requirements
Hence, with this model, it is possible to achieve the user needs.
