Description:
A. What is your challenge or opportunity?
To inform girls from less fortunate backgrounds about the new boutique and body lotion shop in their neighborhood. The shop will avail all kinds of boy lotions and boutique items at a low price. Professional packaging and user services will also be available for free.
B. Why is this professionally important to you?
This is my first communication strategic plan to write and my first marketing opportunity in the field. I will be utilizing the skills and expertise knowledge learned to exemplify the message's impact on the audience.
Goal:
A. What goals or outcomes do you want to achieve with this communication?
My goal is to inform the girls in the community about the new boutique and body lotion shop and create high sales.
B. Is the communication goal clear, concise, and actionable?
Yes! The goal clearly states that it will inform the girls about the availability of boutique and body lotions in the newly established shop, thus increase buyers (Krizanova et al., 2019).
Audience:
A. Who is your target audience?
The target audience is the entire population of girls in the less fortunate background.
I. What are the professional positions of the audience members?
a. High school girls
b. College girls
c. House girls
d. Any other girl between ages 13 to 29 years.
II. What demographic characteristics will the audience comprise?
The population demographics are narrow. It will include all ages 13 to 29 years, all races, social status, and religious orientation.
III. What is your relationship with the audience?
The audience is just clients and community members.
IV. What background knowledge and expertise does the audience have?
The audience has shallow knowledge and expertise in body lotions or items in the boutique.
V. What does the audience know, feel about, and expect concerning this communication?
The audience knows that boutique and body lotions are only available in cities. Therefore, they feel that this communication is informative and will respond by visiting the shop and making purchases.
VI. What preconceptions or biases do you possess that might prevent you from building rapport with your audience?
The only perception that might prevent me from building a good rapport with the audience is the community's low economic and social status.
B. What information is available about your audience?
The information available includes:
· Population representation
· Economic status
· Preferences.
i. What research or sources will you use to obtain information about the audience?
Essential sources of information about the audience are the internet, community leaders, and academic institutions.
ii. What conclusions have you been able to draw about the audience?
The audience is large, diverse, and capable of purchasing the items at a low price.
C. What tone will you use to convey your message?

The setting is casual.
II Is the communication personal or impersonal?
The communication is personal. The more personal I appeal to the girls, the higher the sales.

Boutique and body lotions are available at a competitive price.

The message is compelling because girls have been traveling long distances to purchase boutique items and body lotions.

The message is very clear, as is expected.

Yes! The girls have always wanted a nearer source for the items provided in the shop.

I will use previous market research findings and population demographic reports.

The tell/sell communication style will be favorable. I will utilize this kind of style because I will be persuading the audience to purchase the products after awareness.

Written style or posters: Will inform illustratively and for future references.
Audio-visual advertisement: This Will be appropriate for creating a lasting image of beauty, thus attracting most girls to the shop (Lalwani et al., 2009).

B Is the action request you are making to your audience clear, concise, and easily actionable?
The action request is to open and maintain communication channels with the clients to identify their tests and liking. The action request is clear and concisely actionable.
