Update for this power point Class 490 RN

presentation  using  Panopto for a video recording that is due in week #7.  Do NOT  submit only a PowerPoint with voice over,This   MUST  be done using Panopto Video ,& PowerPoint  and  YOU MUST be seen in the video talking.  Be sure to reference the oral presentation checklist  so you include the required information as this connects to the scoring rubric for grading.

Please ensure that these KEY components are clearly defined  in your presentation as you discuss them (Use Power Point  with  PANOPTO, AND  again you must be SEEN  in the audio portion). Students should be speaking in the presentation and should be visualized speaking; as this part demonstrates your ability to present to an audience in a professional manner. 

· NEED:  3 long-term and 3 short-term goals, plans to meet goals, milestones and strengths to achieve goals, challenges, opportunities and achievements, how courses impacted on goals, self-evaluation with meeting the Essentials, nursing philosophy

· Be sure to include a defined introduction and a defined conclusion

· Do you have notes prepared?

· MUST deliver your presentation without reading it from the notes. Speak clearly.

· Practice and your presentation. Is it within the allotted time of 7-12 minutes?

· Have you tested the audio in Panopto?  Is your additional use of PowerPoint and other technology ready?

· Record in an environment  free of noise  and distractions while using a professional tone.
