Introduction
Life For The Homeless is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a stable refuge for homeless in Venezuela, rehabilitate them and help them to find a job, giving them the opportunity to gradually rebuild their lives.
Location
The organization is located in Venezuela, having national affiliations with Excelsior Gama, which is the biggest chain of supermarkets in the country. Excelsior Gama contributes to Life For The Homeless by selling food for the organization at cost.

Mission: our mission is to provide a stable regufe for the homeless in Venezuela while helping them rebuild their lives.

Goals & Objectives:
Goals: our goals are to get a shelter to be able to provide a home for the people that live on the streets. To help the homeless rebuild their lives by assisting the homeless in finding a job, and getting a home for themselves.
Objectives:
To purchase an establishment that hosts up to 120 tenants.
To hire 4 cooks to prepare 3 meals and 1 mid-day snack per day.
To hire 3 psychologists who will meet with the tenants once a week and help with rehabilitation
To hire 3 teachers.
To hire one recruiter.
To hire 1 real estate agent.
To hire 1 finance specialist.
1 marketing/social media specialist.
1 graphic/web designer.
Projects:
Rehabilitation program: a program dedicated to help the homeless rebuild their lives. The program will include health services, including mental health and drug rehabilitation.
Educational program: an educational program, which will teach the homeless skills and provide them with education to allow them to find a job.
Arts and crafts program: tenants will be taught on how to do different types of crafts, such as backpacks, wallets, clothes. These will then be sold to support the organization.
Recruiting program: the recruitment program will work along with the homeless to help them find a job based on their background, skills, knowledge, and further education gained during the educational program.
Real estate/financing program: a program dedicated to find housing and provide a financing program to the homeless with a job to offer them a way out of the organization. This program will give them the opportunity to own a home for themselves. This way, they will leave the organization at a certain moment and the organization will be able to receive more people.
Projects:
The cleaning program: each week, the homeless who are in the educational program will be assigned with a cleaning station. Some will be in charge of cleaning the rooms, others will be in charge of cleaning the common areas, and others will be in charge of cleaning the bathrooms.
5k walk/run: every year the organization will host a 5k walk/run in the name of the homeless of Venezuela, in order to raise funds for the organization. Each participant will purchase their ticket for the amount of $5.
Charity auctions: each year, the organization will host a charity auction with art pieces from volunteering local artists.
Soccer tournament: a soccer tournament will be hosted each year by the organization where soccer teams from every school around the country can participate for fun prizes. The participation fee will be $15 per participant. The winning team will be rewarded with a trip to the Angel Fall in Venezuela. Angel Falls is the world's highest uninterrupted waterfall. Located in Canaima National Park, the second largest national park in Venezuela The trip will be donated by L&L Tours, a travel agency based and specialized in Venezuela.

Homeless Venezuelan people from 18 years and above.

MIU: financier for the first three years ($125k can be spent the first year, the rest in the following two years as desired).
Excelsior Gama: the biggest chain of supermarkets in the country. Excelsior Gama contributes to Life For The Homeless by selling food for the organization at cost.
L&L Tours, Venezuela: will donate one trip each year to the Angel Falls in Venezuela, to the winners of the annual soccer tournament.

One time cost: $50,000 to purchase the organization’s building, which will host up to 120 tenants. And $5,000 to furnish the building.
Labor: all labor participants will earn four times the minimum wage. Due to inflation rates in Venezuela (1,000,000%) minimum wage is less than $10 per month.
