First off I just wanted to say that I love how you pulled in extra journal articles that had similar themes to the one that we were assigned to write about. This is a great quality to have when writing research papers because it shows that you can back up and support your claim well.

Now it’s time to give constructive feedback. If your peer was going to change just one thing about their work, what change would improve it the most? And what are some ways they might go about making that change? Please remember everything you have learned about giving constructive feedback when you write this, and try your best to deliver your suggestions in a helpful tone that will minimize the triggering of a fight/flight reflex.

In your paper you do a great job at tying together different papers that support the central theme of “spontaneous thought” but the aim of the first portion of the assignment was to “summarize the article in your own words”. I think to improve your paper before you submit your final Draft you should refocus the bulk of your paper on summarizing the Journal Article provided in the assignment section. This would mean extracting all the relevant information such as variables, themes, hypotheses from the Bellana et al. paper instead of trying to support their claim through other resources. So far you seem to be on the right track in regards to understanding the themes of Bellana et.al paper, I just think once you re-shift your hypothesis, variables ETC back to the paper provided it will greatly improve your paper. Otherwise great work and Goodluck on the rest of your assignment!
