Diploma and associate degree programs are focused on fundamental skills. As students, your exposure to concepts related to community and public health were likely limited in those programs. The inevitable and necessary changes in the health care system will prompt a rise in community-focused accountable care organizations (ACO's). How do you think this course will prepare you to fulfill those roles as baccalaureate-prepared nurses?
