As you begin to look at all of the data you have compiled, the chart above may help you as you start to synthesize the information and design a plan for improvement. When the chart is completed, it is used to design the most important part of your task: The Action Plan for Continuous School Improvement (your Reflection for Question #4). The Resource Template and the Action Plan (Reflection Paper) will be due Sunday night at 11:55 p.m. at the end of Week 6.

As you know, you will need to submit your reflection for Question 4 and what you have seen as you gathered data to respond to that question. Remember to look at the North Carolina Standards for School Executives and mention how you have met some or all of those standards in your reflection, due at the end of Week 6 of this course (11:55 P.M.)

Somewhere in your plan, comment on the safety procedures (may be your School Safety Plan) that are in place in your schools. While that was not part of the “data gathering,” it is important that we mention school safety. I am sure all of your schools have those plans in place.
