Introduction

Understanding how motivation and leading impact healthcare performance is necessary for improved healthcare outcomes. In healthcare organization, employee leading and motivation posits a direct influence on the overall healthcare performance and outcomes, supporting effective decision-making and performance. According to the authors, staff motivation and effective leading improve performance and productivity in public healthcare stator (Izci et al., 2021). Therefore, the project will provide effective study and discussion on how to manage employee motivation and performance in healthcare settings.

Outline

Background

The introduction of the project will provide effective background information, supporting positive performance and deliverability in the healthcare motivation and performance. The project will resonate with the researcher articulation on how employee reward and motivation posit a direction relationship with overall performance (Gherca, 2021; Nguyen et al., 2021). Fundamentally, the interdiction will provide an effective articulation for background information and topic understanding.

Methodology, Results and Discussion

The project study will accommodate qualitative study method with in-depth systematic literature review to identify significant techniques of healthcare employee motivation, accommodating Herzberg's two-factor theory accommodating two critical factors including job satisfaction and job dissatisfaction among employees toward effective performance. Finally, the literature review outcomes will be subjected to thematic and content analysis for effective and practical implications.

Recommendations and conclusions

In the project, the outcomes of employee motivation and leading in healthcare setting will be applicable in providing suggestion to improved, quality, safe and overall healthcare outcomes.
