STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT MONITOR AND CONTROL PLAN

Introduction

Stakeholders are useful personnel in any organization. They are interested in the project and will have some impact once the project has been executed. Project stakeholders include and are not limited to:

Project Manager

Team members

Managers

Resource managers

Executives

Senior management

Company owners

Investors

Consultants

Customers

End-users

Financers

Vendors

These stakeholders are classified under the users, providers, influencers, and governance. The information provided below will include ways and means to ensure that these stakeholders are monitored and control procedures set by the stakeholders in disseminating information (Boaz et al., 2018).

Stakeholder Management

These stakeholders need to be involved in every part of the project as it will make them feel involved in the project. They will be involved in interviews and questionnaires by the project team. These project teams may also use memos to communicate to the internal stakeholders within the organization. These stakeholders will also ensure that they agree on the deliverables (Boaz et al., 2018). These meetings will ensure that the project team takes the appropriate analysis and corrective action. These stakeholders are part of the project. All will use the information system. As the stakeholders are involved, they will ensure that the programs align with the management objectives. It will ensure that issues such as scope creep are reduced.

Stakeholders need constant communication. Dissemination of project information to stakeholders will be looked into to ensure there is no bias in project data. Stakeholders will be required to bring in their insights and share ideas on making operations achievable. There are ways and means that the project team will use to communicate to the project stakeholders. They will use the project charter, interviews, questionnaires, among other elements. The project performance will be reported in phases to ensure that critical insights are forwarded to the team. Moreover, the project team will monitor and control all stakeholders to ensure that appropriate information is disseminated to the stakeholders. Information presentation differs among stakeholders as the information transmitted to the project sponsors is not the same as that presented to the clients (Mease, Erickson & Hicks, 2018).

Any queries and concerns about the project will be presented in the stakeholders' meetings to ensure that all stakeholders are involved in the project activities. Stakeholders under governance will have the mandate to look into the project activities and inspect the project activities. Other stakeholders will use information disseminated to them, and any queries asked by the stakeholders will be answered by the project manager and the project consultant. They will use their professional expertise to ensure the project activities' effective dissemination (Kaur & Lodhia, 2018).

Information such as project budgets and Gantt-charts project progress activities will be updated and presented when the need for presentation arises. A general meeting will be held after each project phase.
