3 Original code of ethics for your family by thinking about your family as an organization Purpose

2 It is not an easy task to raise children under the current generation within the community and as a family due to the significant ethical and moral dilemmas that affect the decision-making process.  4 Also, one should be mindful of advancement that has occurred in the base knowledge of children care that have happened over a period. As such, the guiding principle that affects the formulation of codes of ethics to the family leader or member is imperative to fully utilizing the knowledge and capabilities towards achieving competent childcare practices. 

The Family ethical child Code offers the specific rules and guidelines to guide and direct the behavior and principles of a child as they grow. 4 It also aims to address, as much as possible, the psychological, spiritual, social, cultural, and biological needs of young siblings and their families. 

Core Values

It is imperative to note that children learn from what they see in their families, the community, and groups they interact with. 5 Featherstone et al., (2014) indicates that the code depicts how children, through a diversity of experiences, learn and bring precious knowledge in the learning process. The Socio-cultural theories have developed to have a clear focus on children as they extend beyond the development of the fundamental importance’s of social context and leering within the children. 6 The Early childhood care in families and within different societies have to integrate practical approaches whereby listening and dialogues can be responsive to assist in building proper relationships and connection that can help to advance and sustain the collective wellbeing of individuals. 

As such, the core values that are imminent in this case revolve around the creation and maintenance of a healthy setting for child growth. The approach is also helpful in fostering proper emotional, a social, physical and cognitive development that helps to ensure children grow with appropriate dignity and are contributive to the society. In light of the above information, therefore, it is only possible to administer the code of ethics through having good working families that help to provide a smooth and safe transition for the kids as they move from different programs. 

3 Training and Education

With the incorporation of Family life educators Code of Ethics and another site based online that members participate in the review of the formulated literature concerning the families, their skills, and education to express their own outcomes in a similar fashion. The family lives education center among the facilities ensuring proper enrichment and involvement of the participants to provide more expertise and knowledge for appropriate practical living. 

7 The code instruction as of, Crosson-Tower, (2012), examines the approaches that can be integrated towards the fulfillment of the four necessary conceptual frameworks for proper childcare and safety.  8 These are inclusive of the child caregivers, child care relationship, the community, and the educators. 

The sections involved in the training process will comprise of an introduction to the fundamental responsibilities and roles expected of the early childcare practitioner committed in the context. Further, from the opening, a presentation of the ideas reflecting on the professional practice will be initiated to explain the principles required, those permitted and those prohibited. 

Mission Statement

9 As of, Featherstone et al., (2014), the mission of the code is striving to develop a proper relationship with the children. The approach will ensure to use strategies that integrate the curriculum, learning outcomes, and adaptive strategies for improved results and benefits in the codes of ethics. 4 Through the documented code ethics and the training of the parents, interested parties and the caregivers, the childcare will be well supported by maximum healthy growth which will determine future expectation.  6 Families, therefore, should realize that they are the first-hand people to instill child caregiver and responsibility to maintain the code of conduct that plays around the child growth. 

9 Thought process behind the code of ethics prepared

Key roles involved These programs operate from different contexts within the immediate family and community. Some of the principal characters include: 

1. 3 Familiarizing with risk factors, symptoms of neglect and child abuse, sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional, educational, verbal and physical negligence. 

2. The use of an appropriate system to assess multiple sources of vital information 3. Provision of learning news to the kids for their growth and development while familiarizing them with the knowledge related base to function well within families and remain well informed. 

4. To have an explicit knowledge of the laws and procedures developed by the community to protect and safeguard the needs of the kids. 

3 Strategies and thought used to formulate the code

To develop proper codes of ethics in the family and ensure the family is involved in the same, an in-depth understanding of the critical needs of each institution involved is necessary for proper practices, commitment, and planning processes. Selection of the best program and activities is an adequate strategy to engage with further and hence improved outcomes on the same. Through understanding the location of the families involved in the plan, addressing their requirements are more comfortable, and therefore the model is logical. 

3 Implementation and communication of the code to others in the organization

10 Involved teams should go to where everyone resides, work or in strategic regions that must take into account the initiative and hence improve the communication f the code to others and therefore help to build the mission.  4 The aspect of consistency in the communication process with clarity that is essential in mapping consequences to the desired measures of performance is vital to the success of the plan. It is imperative that the vision of a team is shared in that everyone involved can understand what is expected of them, test the theories, voice out their opinions, suggest the best alternatives for solving various issues and challenging premises. 

3 Monitoring the practice of ethical decision-making

9 In context to, Crosson-Tower. (2012), the process of monitoring the aspect will have to involve key stakeholders. Their feedback and the responses of children along with their behavior will lead to efficiently and assist in having decisions made faster. 

11 Provided that laws exist and have been enacted for resolving conflict, why do we also need a code of ethics? 

Taking from the constitutional learning to safeguard and ensure the children are protected on international obligations, some laws are enacted in providing solutions to the noticed conflict. These laws exist to ensure codes of ethics are well applied, and outcomes are beneficial to the intended parties. 12 One of the legitimate confirmation from numerous different nations is that of appropriate care of the kid, tyke rights, great wellbeing, and instruction among others.  Be that as it may, a code of morals is additionally of assistance as volunteerism system to ensure kids experience childhood in the favorable condition.
