STAKEHOLDER IDENTIFICATION AND ANALYSIS PLAN

Chosen Project

The chosen project will be the installation of automated project systems through advanced enterprise resource planning. This entails updating all the plans and programs of the project such that the project outcomes will ensure that operations are carried out remotely and will enhance accountability and storage of information that is critical in making informed decisions. The project will involve all executive members of the project as its materiality is very significant and the amounts involved are massive (Aragonés-Beltrán, P., García-Melón, M., & Montesinos-Valera, 2017). The project will directly impact them as they will use these systems to ease strategic decisions for the company. These executives will liaise with the department heads and use all members in the information systems department. It will ensure that all members required have been involved and can point out areas of interest. They will have regular plans to set out policies, approaches and systems to use in the method.

The project team will also lay out the resources required, and through the discussion among the members, they will know the project estimates. These stakeholders will take part in assessing the feasibility of the project. The team will also participate in a team development plan to evaluate all ideas to determine their viability. Any activity done by the organization will also have reports submitted concerning the installed systems. Each department will have to show their areas of interest and explain their need for advanced techniques in their activities. Updating the plans will ensure personnel in the finance department process financial information with ease. The project managers will also have an easy time looking into the organization's operations (Teo & Loosemore, 2017). The human resource department will have an efficient system that updates their roll call and ensure all employees are working as needed. The procurement team will also have an effective strategy that alerts them of any goods below the required stock level. The research and development team will also have a productive time looking into the organization's loopholes. They will all take part in the project as the systems directly impact all personnel in the organization.
