Joe Shoes Company is an organization with its headquarter in California which deals in the manufacture of foot wares for the entire family from children, women and men. The company aims to ensure that there is a variety of shoes that meet the needs of each consumer taking into consideration the economic diversities (Boxall & Purcell, 2011).

Sample 1 human resource management

The mission statement is effective but weak since it focusses more on the aspect of the human resource of the company that the interest of the customers as expected. The primary focus should be the clients and not the employees of the firm.

Sample 2 human resource management.

The second sample is strong and effective from the statement that the firm intends to give the best condition for the workers and in return, the employees will reciprocate the same to the customers. This mission aims to build a strong relationship between the firm management, employees, and the customers.

Sample 3 human resource management.

The third mission statement is strong but ineffective. The firm lays all its strength on developing the best workforce with the most conducive environment but forgets about other stakeholders like the customers. The mission is intended to serve the employees and the firm, but those who generate revenue for the firm are left out thus very ineffective.

The mission statement of Joe Shoes Company is “we will create a conducive working environment so as to produce quality footwear to meet the desires of our customers globally.”

The human resource function exists for two purposes. First is to recruit and orientate the workers so that they can work within the confines of the regulations of the firm. Secondly is to create a link between the employer and the employees so that in case of any issue concerning the work, there is a channel for dealing with them. I want the customers to get the best products that can protect their feet. The HR can mobilize the workers to attain the quality required and even hire additional labour in case there is a need (Boxall & Purcell, 2011).

The firm targets all people across the globe but more so the students who go to school on foot. The provision of the school shoes with sponge inside will ensure that the feet of the students are protected thus comfortable while walking and even in class. Internal I need to convey the information that the quality service to the client will generate more income for the workers. To the external members, the report is to convince them of the comfort and cost-cutting they will get by buying the shoes from Joe Company. The role of the HR is to coordinate work within the firm to produce the best products that convince the public and bring income to the employees (Legge, 2015).

I intend to provide excellent service to the employees by providing the best conducive environment for work. On the company I intend to market it to the international level so that its products are known internationally. Quality of the services regarding timing make our services extraordinary. HR will have a positive relationship with the customers by seeking their opinions on the kind of the products they need and the range of the prices. The philosophy that guides the operation of the firm is quality products are affordable rates to the customers. The core values are community, respect, integrity, and accountability. The reason behind the core values is to treat all our stakeholders with respect and include them in the management of the firm. The mission statement is in line with the objectives of the firm (Boxall & Purcell, 2011).
