Introduction

This unit, we will explore the business reforms that the SSA countries adopted. Of these reforms, which have contributed to a better business climate in the region? We will investigate the top 10 countries that made reforms with positive outcomes.

We look to Rwanda and Mauritius as examples of countries who managed their reform well. Positive changes include lower unemployment rates, economic growth, and improved living standards.
