Instructions:
Complete the following tasks in your LinkedIn Account:
• Browse around LinkedIn and research and locate people and companies in your desired
career field. Choose at least one (1) company and one (1) connection in your desired career
field to follow.
• Update the Headline and Summary sections of your LinkedIn profile. These sections sit right at
the top of your profile and let viewers know your unique value and why they should connect
with you. Tell a story and keep your summary focused on keywords that identify skills you offer
to an employer.
• Update your LinkedIn Work and Education experience sections to reflect your new and
improved resumé.
• Add at least (2) two skills to your profile and learn about skill endorsements, which are a simple, effective way to build your personal brand andengage your network.
