06/23/2022 SURGERY: Conization of cervix for abnormal Pap test.
06/23/2022 PATHOLOGY: Cone biopsy, cervix: Mod diff squamous cell carcinoma involving exocervix, 5 mm greatest dimension. Stromal invasion 3 mm. Negative for lymphovascular invasion. Margins are negative.
07/09/2022 GYNECOLOGIST OFFICE NOTE: A 77-year-old white female with abnormal Pap test. Cervical cone biopsy on 6/23/2022 revealed squamous cell carcinoma. PLAN: Schedule for total hysterectomy, BSO.
07/31/2022 SURGERY: Total hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.
07/31/2022 PATHOLOGY: Total hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy: Final Diagnosis: Uterus, cervix, bilateral ovaries and tubes: no residual malignancy. 8 pelvic lymph nodes examined, 0 positive for cancer.
08/02/2022: Patient discharged with instructions to follow-up with oncologist.
08/15/2022: MED ONC OFFICE NOTE: Patient seen for cervical cancer, FIGO stage IA1. She is not a candidate for systemic therapy. Appears to be disease-free at this time.
