In the extremely connected world that we live in the events that occur around the world can and often do impact business relationships. Over the last few years, we can see many events that have occurred which impact the way business is done and the impact on economic growth. One of a more recent events is the current situation with Ukraine, which if government policy response is weaker than the chances of growth also are impacted (Davies, 2022). When there is war and large levels of disagreements that are extremely public, the confidence of those around the world is lower due to the level of uncertainty. Depending on this level, it can impact the economies which can impact the levels of unemployment that countries may face. This impact may start off by decreasing the economy and increasing unemployment, however the response during and afterward will impact the longer-term impact. This can be seen on the response during the ongoing global impact of the COVID virus, there was uncertainty on what to do, yet adaptions such as digitizing processes has allowed for less of a negative impact (Choi, Seong, Tonby & Woetzel, 2021). With the use of today’s type of technology, it has allowed an easier time to complete tasks from more locations, which means jobs can still be completed even if not in a traditional setting. When it comes for investors, it is also important for them to be aware of world events because this can impact government policies which does impact how business is conducted. This can be said for any large event that impacts a large component of a country, such as when new leaders are selected because their believes and plans may differ from those before them. There are certain areas that are considered geopolitical hot spots, which means that depending on what occurs in that area, will have a much larger impact on a global front (Sol, 2020).

When it comes to conducting business there are always aspects that are out of the organizations control. Understanding this is an important aspect because it can help with planning for the unknown. Overcoming a challenging means some levels of preparation should be determined, this can be a general plan on how to handle a situation. However, sometimes these preparations actually are not at the level that is needed for the situation. In that case the best plan is to be prepared to improvise and have those on your team who can think on their feet during stressful times. Once you can get off the initial hurtle the next important aspect is maintaining it. On this it is vital to see what did well and what functions can be adjusted to a more longer-term action plan. Sometimes a large event needs to occur to jump start the next generation of how work is conducted, and to stay relevant and growing organizations must adapt.

Asia has grown a lot since the beginning as you would believe most companies should but that is not always the case. Asia though has expanded and grown a lot. Asia has teamed up with western companies to continue to grow themselves such as the USA, Canada and etc. Having teamed up with them they have impacted Asia's growth significantly. Throughout the years it has shown great economic growth for them. When they decided to put their heads together and combined with the western side, yes they had a lot of good outcomes but now Asia has to worry about unemployment rates, people leaving, or not getting paid enough. This goes back to how they run what it is they are trying to do. This is where a strategy needs to come in and could help them out such as changing the way they do things and that means taking a look into their legislation and seeing some things they can change. The unemployment rates go back to wanting to be "babied" by their investors but no one is around to make sure the investors are doing what they say they are doing. This is where they can monitor them. With everything happening now and the market that continues to change they go back and forth with employees, the turnover rate has to be high kind of like the server industry. The more employees the more they get back in taxes so it must be a good thing for them. If I was a consultant my idea would be to supply and demand they need to be able to supply it and make sure t=it is what the people want such as demand. If the demand is high they need to make sure they have enough of whatever it may be. They also need to keep a low turnover rate for employees it shows investors that they want to work and are dedicated to their job. This way they get more in return.
