In this activity, you will have the opportunity to match the statistical tests with the appropriate hypotheses.

Correlation

There is a significant relationship between advertising spending and sales volume.

T-test for independent samples

There is a significant difference between the mean income of accountants and engineers.

T-test for paired samples

There is as significant difference between the mean scores of a sample of consumers on a product favorability instrument before seeing an advertisement for that product as there is after they see the advertisement for the product.

T-test for single samples
