The JPS is required to teach the customer "Job Applications". This assignment is representing a JPS providing documentation/instructions to help a customer, who has never completed an application, instructions on how to complete the application. Once completed it should serve as a guide on how to complete a paper application.

There are 2-parts to this assignment and they must be in separate documents.

1. Down load a complete generic application from the web or create your own generic application. Ensure it does not have any employer identifications on the application. It must have all parts of the application included. (At a minimum it must include demographics, position applying for, education, employment history, references, and signature section.) Save document as 'Application - last name'. (The application should not be filled out.)

2. Create instructions for the generic application. Ensure the instructions are appropriate for the population you will be providing services for. The instructions must have clear and distinct steps. Save document as 'Application Instructions - last name'.

3. Submit only when you have both the generic application and the instructions you have created/developed ready to upload.
