Exercise 1. The Transtheoretical Model (TTM)
· Step 1 . In the spaces at the bottom of the table, identify five (5) health areas which you perceive you need to improve. At this point, do not worry whether you have the time, energy or commitment to actually make the improvements just list your areas of greatest concern!

· Step 3. After familiarizing yourself with the steps within each stage of TTM (Table 3.2), select one target behavior from the front of this worksheet (or add a new one you forgot to include!) and describe the steps you need to enact or experience in order to move to the next stage of behavior change.
