Your manager would like you to figure out the needed resources (costs, materials, and work) for the project tasks. Your manager would also like you to identify the different responsibilities of the project's resources: responsible, accountable, supportive, consulted, and informed (RASCI). See the example of a RASCI matrix below. Based on the identified resources, your project manager would like to know the estimated overall project budget. You will research and describe the following for your project:
