In this situation the high percentages rate of workers in Chicago as compared to those in U.S. is highly affected by the rate of education skills and knowledge received in Chicago in K-9 and in higher learning.
Additionally, the rate of individuals who are educated in U.S. are relatively low when compared to those in Chicago.

In this situation it seems difficult as most households in U.S. do not attain the sort educational trainings and skills necessary to fulfill the principles demands of any job.
From the education statistics in Chicago, its high percentages of workers is due to greater availability of graduates from college bachelors and college degree graduates who are highly competitive in influencing the high rate of household incomes.
