website design
OVERALL COMMENTS
Great work overall but there was at least one competency that needed further explanation. I provided details in the comments section. Please review them and contact me if question arise.
Please consider developing web pages in a good web development tool such as DreamWeaver, Visual Studio Code, or a free tool. You can download Microsoft Visual Studio Code for free. You can also use ms word the and save it as an HTML file, notepad++, or other tools.
Please consider adding more colors, use of borders and tables, and images. Also, please make sure your menu bar is on top and is incorporated well along with the site logo.
Please create robust looking menu bars (not just simple links) and add them somewhere on the top so users can easily see them. Menu bars should be placed on top and incorporated with the organization's logo. They should have a nice colored background and contrast with the text format. They should look a little bit different than the standard black and white so they stand out.
For Week 1, you were to start building your Web site for your fictional organization by creating a homepage using HTML5 and some of the key elements that define a Web page.
Follow are the assessments:
Pages should render properly in at least two of the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
Code should use all of the tags specified in the directions.
Code should be verified to be error free, well documented with comments, and appropriately constructed.
Following is the rubric I used to assess you:
Submit error-free HTML5 code. (25%) Create a Web page that demonstrates the accurate use of specified HTML5 tags. (25%) Create Web page elements that accurately reflect design requirements. (25%) Write developer comments to describe and explain code. (25%)
Please let me know if you have any questions.
